PRE-MARITAL SEX AND EARLY PREGNANCY:

AN AWARENESS- RAISING PROGRAMME AMONG TEENAGERS

INTRODUCTION:

Pre-Marital Sex and Early Pregnancy: An Awareness- Raising Programme Among Teenagers is a program that will be conducted by Samboan National High School ABM II students with the help of Samboan RHU and ETech Teachers of Samboan National High School to raise the awareness of our fellow students about social issues especially the rising crisis of teenage pregnancy.

PURPOSE:

Almost 200,000 Filipino Teenagers gets pregnant annually and it's unexpectedly rising more faster than usual as the years past. The purpose of this program is to educate our fellow teenagers that this is a serious issue in our country. Our purpose is to encourage them to take the right path and avoid wrong choices through this outreach.

DESCRIPTION:

The program will gather Teenagers and conduct the Awareness- Raising Programme inside the Imeldo Gamallo Multi-Purpose Building .The program will be happening in Poblacion ,Samboan, Cebu in July 11, 2022 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The outreach program will be prepared by the students of ABM II with the coordination to Samboan RHU and Etech Teachers of Samboan National High School.

Attendees will be given free lunch, snacks, and booklets.

Topic to be discussed on the outreach will be:

1. Problems about early pregnancy

2. Pornography

3. Awareness

4. Using contraceptives

SUPPORT:

The estimated budget needed for the program is 50,000- 75,000 with the help of Samboan RHU. This includes the lunch, snacks, papers and other related fees.
